Investigate, promote and articulate the local production of bioethanol, biodiesel and renewable fuels, for local and export markets, using inputs from coca growing areas and/or degraded soils in the Amazon basin as raw material.
Non-edible crops would be the preferred feedstock.
Native vegetable species would be the preferred crops.
Only previously deforested land is to be used for new crops.
Indigenous Communities are to be given preferential access as workers and/or suppliers, along with technical training to excel in their roles as well as legal assistance to get title for their land
- Rent is to be paid for the land under their possession before and after getting title.
- Their Cosmo Vision and internal decision-making processes are to be respected.
